Pineapple Grove Designs can create sculpted medallions, art panels, signs, tiles, grilles and other Architectural Elements specifically for your project based on a photo, drawing, sketch, or idea that you provide. A Shop Drawing and color samples are sent to you for your approval. Our in-house artists then sculpt by hand, 3D printer, or CNC machine, a pattern from which molds are created. Any quantity of casts can now be fabricated from these molds in Engineered Cast Stone, Mineral-Polymer Composite, GFRC or Architectural Metal. Casts are then further finished by various methods including surface etching, sealing, polishing, priming, or painting.
Custom ornamentation visually strengthens a project's identity and theme. Our in-house artists can transform most any 2D design into a custom Element or Sign in a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes, and finishes.
Pineapple Grove Designs' Custom Architectural Elements and Signs are precisely sculpted with the same meticulous detail as the items in our Collection Series. Finished items are characterized by well-defined edges and uniform color and surface textures. Each design is expertly carved by our in-house sculptors to maximize the qualities of color, texture, light, and shadow.

Send us an email along with a two-dimensional drawing, photo or description of your idea. Pineapple Grove Designs will create a Shop Drawing of the proposed custom work. Once approved by you, we will begin production of the pattern, mold, and casting of the finished Architectural Elements
Submit your idea to us in form of a drawing (vector EPS/DXF preferably, line art or pencil drawing), and we'll create a Shop Drawing for you to review. (deposit required)
Molds are fabricated from the pattern and any number of casts can be made from these molds in Architectural Metal. Casts are then finished by various methods including surface etching, sealing, polishing, priming, or painting. Learn more about metal design options by clicking here.
Your order is securely packaged in a custom crate with instructions for proper unpacking. The crated order is released to an experienced expert Common Carrier Shipper who will warranty your order arrives safely and on time.
