Pineapple Grove Designs can create sculpted medallions, art panels, signs, tiles, grilles and other Architectural Elements specifically for your project based on a photo, drawing, sketch, or idea that you provide. Click here for more details.
Step 1: Submit your drawing
Submit your idea to us in form of a drawing (vector EPS/DXF preferably, line art or pencil drawing), and we'll create a preliminary Shop Drawing for you to review (deposit required).
Step 2: Production
Once a Shop Drawing is approved by you, we'll begin designing and sculpting the unique pattern needed to create your custom item.
Step 3: Molding, Casting and Finishing
Your custom design is sculpted in wood, wax, foam or clay. A mold is made from this pattern and any number of casts can be made from this mold. Each cast is then hand finished.

Step 4: Shipping and Delivery
Your order is quality inspected, securely packaged and released to an experienced shipper who warranties your order arrives safely and on time.

We inventory thousands of molds which are ready for casting. Items in our Collections are cast when your order is placed. Custom items also begin fabrication when an order is placed. There is no inventory of ready-to-ship items. However, we try to accommodate rush projects and we will do our best to expedite your order when we can.
All items are made to order. Typically allow 21-30 days to fabricate items in our collections and 60-75 days to fabricate custom items. Production times may be adjusted depending on size and complexity of you order and our current work load at the time your order is placed.
All our products can be customized for your specific project including casting on a convex or concave radius, drilling a hole for a fountain pipe, providing special anchoring hardware etc. Please contact us for more information.
All our products are suitable for exterior installation unless specifically noted. Contact us if your project is located in an extreme environment or seismic zone.

All our products are specifically fabricated for your project. We maintain an extensive inventory of design molds but we do not maintain any inventory of cast items. Therefore we are not able to accept and re-stock return orders.
